Music therapy uses music to achieve such goals as: improving speech, motor skills, improving concentration and functioning in a group. However, the basic goal of music therapy is to improve well-being and thus good fun.
Music therapy relies, among others on improvisation on instruments, vocal improvisation, singing songs, playing on simple instruments, dancing, relaxing exercises with music. Thanks to the rhythmic games, the child stimulates the circulatory system, the digestive and respiratory system and the muscles involuntarily work. Children will learn the types of melody, rhythm and tempo. They relax and are more willing to participate in games while in the group. Performances in front of the audience make them a lot of fun.
