GDPR Information Clause (Art. 13 GDPR) – Donations and Support
Personal data of donors transferring funds via traditional bank transfer or BLIK payment (first name, surname, bank account number, payment title) are processed by Llamerada Foundation (Dębowiec 11a, 48-200 Prudnik, KRS: 0000707207) in order to fulfill legal accounting, tax and reporting obligations incumbent upon the foundation (Art. 6(1)(c) of the GDPR in conjunction with the Accounting Act and the Tax Ordinance).
Data are stored for a period of 5 years, starting from the end of the calendar year in which the donation was made. You have the right of access to data, their rectification, restriction of processing, and filing a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
